About Me:
I started in the counseling profession working with troubled youth and their families. I was drawn to the special groups that helped teens understand their problematic sexual behavior. It was rewarding to help these individuals realign their paths and stay out of the legal system.
Continuing my experience, I decided to work with adults who also struggled with sexual behavior. In helping this population, I discovered Patrick Carnes and completed the CSAT (certified sex addiction therapist) training. I’ve been passionate ever since to continue to help the individuals, partners and couples find their path to recovery.
